Welcome to the Monterey Bay Tritons Website!

The Monterey Bay Tritions are a freedive spearfishing club located in, Monterey Bay, California.
The Tritions are dedicated to safe and conservation minded spearfishing and put a strong emphasis on safety and technique above all else. We welcome anyone interested in spearfishing and underwater hunting in the Monterey Bay area to join.

The Monterey Bay Tritons was started by David Deman and Travis Jones, designed to cater to all generations of spearfishermen (spearos), from the newest diver, to the old hand looking to spread their wealth of knowledge. The Tritons are a group dedicated to furthering the knowledge of all divers, providing a friendly environment for all to dive in, as well as the conservation of all of our species and our hunting environment.

The Monterey Bay Tritons is now accepting spearos of all ages, genders, and experience levels!
Membership fees will be $25 per year plus $15 for CenCal dues, and will be billed beginning the day that you are accepted and every year on the day of your acceptance thereafter.
